This shot was taken in Gubbio, Italy and I think it’s perfect for this week’s theme – Express Yourself. While walking around the Ceri festival – when the entire town parties for a day – I spotted these two enjoying a quiet beer and lunch away from the festivities.
Weekly Photo Challenge – Serenity
This week we have been asked to post a photo that best defines Serenity. I took this shot last year on the island of Raiatea in French Polynesia while on a sailing holiday. For me it really captures the beauty and tranquility of the Society Islands and so is a fitting entry for this week’s theme.

Photography101 – Day 19 – Double
I’m late with this entry and must admit have struggled to think of what to photograph. I was home too late last night to go out with my camera and even my very extensive archives couldn’t deliver anything that resembled the theme of ‘double’. This is not my best effort but will suffice for today.
